Job Title: Composite Mechanic / Technician (Entry-Level)

Description:
Support composite repair and fabrication tasks for commercial aircraft components. Tasks include surface prep, bonding, sanding, vacuum bagging, trimming assembly/disassembly
Required Qualifications:
- Background or training in aviation maintenance, mechanical repair, or composites
- Ability to read work instructions, drawings, and basic shop paperwork (IPC, SRM, SOPM, etc.)
- Manual dexterity and a good work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the field
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
